For the first time in years, Ishle will start regularly updating her journal page with real entries from her blue notebook about the process of recording her first acoustic CD. Tune in!
*Motherland trip ~ Ishle is going into the mountains & islands of korea to learn some more korean traditional drumming (poongmul) and women's folk songs (minyoh)...and also do some research & writing...wish her luck...
*South Africa, here she comes...Ishle to feature at two festivals ~ The Arts Alive Festival in Jo'berg, and Poetry Africa in Durban in September & October 2007. She is also set to collaborate with renowned musician Pops Mohamed!
